Application: The Board has the power to suspend or revoke the certificate of registration of any civil engineer for malpractice, gross negligence, or incompetence. After due process, the Board successfully revoked Engr. B's license, prohibiting him from practicing the profession in the Philippines.

Application: The nomination is invalid. According to RA 544, a member of the Board must be at least 30 years of age and must have been in active practice of the civil engineering profession for at least 10 years. This engineer does not meet the age and experience requirements.
